We are a corporation – an organization without a controlling shareholder group – publicly listed since 2012 on Novo Mercado of B3, the Brazilian stock exchange, a segment that includes companies with the highest standards of management and governance. We are committed to transparency, reliability, and ethics in our relationships with all stakeholders. We follow the recommendations of the Brazilian Institute of Corporate Governance (IBGC) and adhere to the Arbitration Chamber for the resolution of potential corporate disputes and inquiries.

ESG Strategy

Our ESG strategy is supported by transparent management of the topic. To achieve this, we have a Sustainability Management Department, linked to the Office of Institutional Relations and Sustainability, which in turn reports directly to the CEO. ESG considerations are also integrated into our risk matrix.

In 2023, we completed the first issuance of social bonds in the education sector, recognized by Environmental Finance’s Sustainable Debt Awards as Social Bond of the Year.
